Thomas J. Alfano joined Redwood Realty Advisors as an Investment Associate and is based out of the Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey office. Tom specializes on multifamily transactions in Monmouth, Middlesex and Ocean county. Prior to joining Redwood Realty Advisors, Tom attended Kean University and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education. He has previously worked with Autistic children enrolled at a specialized population school.

In his free time, Tom enjoys weightlifting on a competitive level and has a passion for nutrition. He is an avid sports fan, closely following the Yankees, Knicks and Jets. Tom lives in Matawan, NJ with his wife and has been blessed recently with the birth of his first child, a daughter. Tom is a dedicated Roman Catholic, attending mass weekly with his family.
