Daniel Scrima is responsible for all multi-family transactions in Connecticut. Prior to joining Redwood Realty Advisors, Daniel worked for 10 years as a construction inspector for Danson Inspections in Rockland County, New York. During the period of 1984 through 2005, Daniel worked as an Electrical Engineer for several firms, focusing his efforts on Commercial HVAC systems. Being a commercial real estate investor himself, Daniel has developed a proficiency in his knowledge of the commercial real estate industry as a whole.

In his spare time, Daniel engages in many activities with his large family. He also volunteers much of his time to his local Little League and local High School as well. Daniel graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Computer Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He also has a Master's Degree in Computer Science from IONA College.
